Hematology/Medical Oncology APP
TidalHealth, located in Maryland, is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Advanced Practice Provider to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Peninsula Regional Hospital. Benefits:
· Base Salary Range: $123,000 – $157,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
· Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives

Opportunity Highlights:
- Level III Trauma center with an award-winning Cancer Care Team
- Over 1,600 cases treated annually – 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
- Accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC)
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Focus on consults and rotational inpatient duties, no admissions required
- Manageable first-call schedule from Monday to Thursday, 5PM to 8AM with a low average of calls per night (from home)
- Enjoy rotating weekly call among the APP team
- No weekend or holiday responsibilities
- Spacious examination rooms with state-of-the-art equipment and exceptional support staff
