NP/PA- Hematology Opportunity

TidalHealth is seeking a dedicated Hematology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our growing team within TidalHealth Cancer Services. Based out of the Ocean Pines campus in Maryland, this role focuses primarily on the management and treatment of benign hematology diagnoses. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. Our over 500 providers enjoy an outstanding work-life balance in this beautiful coastal region.

Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $123,000 – $157,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
• Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance

Opportunity Highlights:

• Accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer and the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC)
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• No weekend or holiday responsibilities
