Associate Program Director – Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship

TidalHealth is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologist to serve as the Associate Program Director (APD) for our Psychology Postdoctoral Fellowship Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a psychologist who is passionate about clinical excellence, education, mentorship, and program development while maintaining an active clinical practice.

As part of our physician-led, community-focused health system with more than 500 providers, you will help shape the next generation of psychologists while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary Behavioral Health team.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $125,000–$150,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Degree Required: PhD or PsyD from an APA-accredited program
• Licensure: Eligible for or licensed as a psychologist in Maryland
• Experience: Minimum of two years of independent clinical experience; experience supervising psychology trainees and a strong interest in graduate medical education preferred.
