NP/PA- Gynecology

TidalHealth is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Gynecology team in Seaford, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, patient-centered women’s health program while helping expand access to high-quality GYN care in the community.

Position Highlights

• Full-time GYN Advanced Practice Provider position
• Primarily outpatient gynecologic care
• Evaluate and manage a broad range of women’s health and gynecologic conditions
• Provide routine exams, preventive care, follow-up visits, and patient education
• Opportunity to assist with procedures and expand clinical skills based on experience and interest
• Work collaboratively with GYN physicians and other members of the women’s health team
• Opportunity to participate in the education of residents and other learners
• Supportive, team-based practice environment
• Strong referral network throughout the TidalHealth system

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Eligible for Delaware licensure
• Women’s health, OB/GYN, or related clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Commitment to collaborative, high-quality women’s healthcare
