TidalHealth, in partnership with Your Doc's In, is seeking a NP/PA - Urgent Care to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Immediate Care. As an APP, you will be part of a leading Urgent Care Provider throughout the Eastern Shore of Maryland servicing over 100,000 patients per year across six locations! The APP is responsible for rendering appropriate care to any patient who presents to the clinic for any injury or illness and or making the appropriate referral for additional, follow-up, or a higher level of care.
Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $128,000 – $171,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)
- Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance
