Hematology/Oncology NP/PA – Coastal Maryland

TidalHealth is seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology NP or PA to join our growing Cancer Care team on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. This position offers an excellent four-day work week, strong APP collaboration, and no weekend or holiday responsibilities.

Opportunity Highlights

• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• No weekends or holidays
• Competitive base salary: $123,000–$157,000, based on experience
• Additional productivity and quality incentives
• Rotating weekday call shared among the APP team, Monday–Thursday only
• Low-volume overnight call taken from home
• Mix of Hematology and Oncology
• Consults and rotational inpatient coverage with no admissions required
• Practice at our Cancer Centers in Ocean Pines and Berlin, Maryland
