Join Our Urgent Care Team!
TidalHealth is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Urgent Care team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment serving patients across our Laurel and Salisbury locations.
Shift Details:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday – Sunday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend and holiday coverage is required.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries.
- Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results.
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
- Perform procedures within the scope of practice.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic medical record.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current or eligible licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Delaware and Maryland.
- Current DEA certification (or ability to obtain).
- Previous Primary Care and/or Urgent Care experience preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting.
- Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
