CNM or WHNP- OB/Gyn Salisbury

TidalHealth is seeking a dedicated Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) and/or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our growing Women's Health team on Maryland's Eastern Shore. This is an exciting opportunity to practice within a collaborative, physician-led environment while contributing to the education and training of future physicians through TidalHealth's ACGME-accredited OB/GYN Residency Program.

• Outpatient women's health and gynecology practice in Salisbury, Maryland
• Collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians, residents, advanced practice providers, and nursing staff

Practice Model

• Outpatient only role initially
• Future inpatient responsibilities are being evaluated as the program grows

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive women's health care and preventive services
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage common gynecologic conditions
• Provide contraceptive counseling and reproductive health services
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program
• AMCB certified
• Maryland licensure or eligibility
• Women's health and obstetrical experience preferred

Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• WHNP certification or eligibility
• Maryland licensure or eligibility
• Women's health or gynecology experience preferred
