NP/PA- Gynecology

TidalHealth is seeking a Gynecology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing Women's Health team in Salisbury, Maryland. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care within a collaborative, physician-led practice and teaching hospital environment.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, outpatient gynecology position
• Located in Salisbury, Maryland
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Collaborative team of OB/GYN physicians, residents, APPs, and nursing staff

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient gynecologic care
• Perform routine gynecologic examinations and preventive screenings
• Evaluate and manage common gynecologic conditions
• Provide contraceptive counseling and reproductive health services
• Manage menstrual disorders and other women's health concerns
• Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing
• Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education
• Perform office-based gynecologic procedures within scope of practice
• Collaborate with OB/GYN physicians, residents, and multidisciplinary care teams

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current national certification
• Maryland licensure or eligibility for Maryland licensure
• Women's health, gynecology, or OB/GYN experience preferred
• Strong commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
